Kissimmee Golf Club, located adjacent to Kissimmee Gateway Airport, has been converted to a 160-acre Aerospace Park with airport officials marketing the property to leading companies in the industry for relocation.
“We are very excited about our new Aerospace Park,” said Shaun Germolus, aviation director for the City of Kissimmee. “It affords companies in the aerospace and aeronautical industries a convenient, affordable place to do business. Our long-term lease agreements, excellent development incentives, and stand out work-force training centers make the Kissimmee Gateway Airport an attractive place to do business.”
The airport has approximately 180 acres for commercial aviation development with direct access to the runways. There is also an additional 120 acres for non-aviation development.
